Deterrence Theory - The belief that the US should have a strong military to scare enemies.

Laissez-Faire Economics - The belief that government should stay out of business affairs.

Mandatory Sentencing - The belief that you need to serve all of the jail time as determined by the court’s ruling. No early parole.

Medicare - Health care programs for people over 65.

Progressive Tax - Taxing people different amounts based on income levels.

Social Security - Retirement programs for disabled people and adults over 65.

W.I.C - Assistance for women, infant, and children who are in need.
